Mostly the staff. they went out of their way multiple times for me. including coming to pick me up at midnight on a scooter when the tuktuk drivers were lost! They were over the top lovely! :)

Vinod and Raj do everything to create your stay as comfortable as possible! Not only from the outside, but also from the inside the hotel looks beautifull: My room was very very good maintained and decorated. Had a outstanding and memorable stay at Moon Light Palace, thanks Vinod and Raj!

In a suburban area so quiet, Upside: close to train/bus station. You/they can organise a driver to take you around the city points of interest and forts for around 400 rupees each person for the day. We extremely recommend &"Don&" our driver for the day. Warm and friendly and very accommodating with outstanding advice. (+91-9829320870). The laundry service is excellent. Has a printer, scanner so that helped me. The building is excellent, brilliantly tiled and clean. We had cheapest room, on ground floor, was small but clean and ideal for our needs. Hot water. Front desk employees / owner excellent/friendly. Rooftop terrace excellent. Food was ok and inexpensive as in suburban neighbourhood. Outstanding Wireless worked in room.

Place is extremely nice and staff is very cooperative. We arrived the hotel in early morning and there were ni rooms accessible and our check in time was 10 inside the morning, still they manage to give us very cute small room for resting till that time. I uncover restaurant very awesome with good view from hotel and very good food. Owner of the hotel even gave us tips for the trip in Jaipur. They even present the transport from the hotel. Outside hotel, walk to the principal road and you can get the city buses.

If there was an &"excellent&" option I would pick it for all of the above. Hotel Moonlight Palace is full of warm and friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is spotless and the property owner takes pride in keeping the property extremely very clean. The rooftop patio is a great spot to relax and eat some extremely great food. Be sure to try the Egg fried rice! Every item we ordered from the restaurant was delicious! One of our pals needed to go home early and the property owner went above and beyond in getting her a travel agent to book her a ticket from Jaipur to Mumbai, and also changing he flight so she could fly home the same day.

By the time I arrived in Jaipur, I had tolerated unsatisfactory accommodations in Delhi and Agra. Having my own room and even a public toilet that had warm water was a blessing. The rooftop restaurant had much more than palatable food. The staff gave me tips about Mumbai that I did end up using, like not listening to people at train stations when they tell you your train&'s already left.

The employees was really helpful. They are young and really trying to make you really feel comfortable. The roof top is a fantastic place to have your breakfast. We booked a low-cost room on Hostelbookers, but some guests were staying longer and all of the rooms were booked, so they gave us the honeymoon suite without charging extra. And the pick up from the train station was no cost and waited half an hour, since our train was delayed.
