This is a nice location to stay. Friendly staff, very good central place for goa, secure room. Shaded courtyard. Small shop with some common items.

The owners and employees are absolutely lovely, theres hot water, the location is very good (as very good as it can be in case you havent heard yet, you need a motorbike and an international license to go anywhere in Goa) and working wifi. Our room and bathroom could definitely have used a scrub though and the bed was hard as stone (but that seems to be normal in Southern India)

The owners Maria and John are lovely and extremely helpful. Maria booked a bus for me to Hampi which made it really easy. They also supply a laundry service and have a small shop on site where you can buy water, beer and other essentials, which is really convenient. Several people staying there are return customers, which speaks volumes. The hammocks outside every room are great, an outstanding location to read and chill out. It&'s also quite a social place, it&'s effortless to meet the other visitors and make new friends.

This was by far the most friendly location I have ever stayed in India. Maria and John were beyond friendly, warm, helpful, and compassionate; even a on the house welcoming glass of tea/coffee upon arrival accompanied by a nice chat just before showing you your room. Would love to stay longer and return within the future :)

The greenery was amazing. It is a nice place, and outstanding value for money. John and Maria are extremely nice individuals and have already stayed at their location 2 times before.
