Truly warm and friendly and accommodating staff. I was super-cranky and they were so patient. Wi-fi in lobby. Elevator. Clean. Nice shower. Room service accessible from restaurant in-house. Love the people-watching from our room&'s balcony/sunroom. Cable TV was great. The TV has to be on specific settings for it to work, and the employees is used to this, so just ask them and they&'ll set it up for you.

Good location right down from golden temple and cabs for the border large bed fan in toilet (choice for drying clothes as washing machines are like rocking horse shit in india)

Room was fairly large, and comfortable. Attached bath was clean enough, yet not spectacular. Location right near to Golden Temple was extremely good.
