The place is really clean and with several room. No mosquitos at all. Having a kitchen was really useful. Mathew, the property owner is SUPER helpful. He arrange a WONDERFUL tour across the backwaters ( I really suggest it) and help me to uncover everything I needed. He was such a great help, I asked him millions of questions :)

Brown home is a nice home stay with a extremely warm and friendly & informative host Matthew. In case you are traveling to Alleppey for the houseboat experience, Matthew can organise a nice boat at a reasonable price. The home is properly located (walking 5 mins to town, 30R tuk tuk to beach) and about the cleanest home I have seen in Inida!

Great new clean massive house, owner does not live there, but is VERY helpful. Close to town and internet/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Owner arranged houseboat tour for us - said 5000rp for non air cooling boat and 6500 for AC boat. We took the AC boat and it was HUGE and really nice. Excellent place and outstanding value for the rooms. Extremely recommended.

Staff really helpful and warm and friendly - rooms large and airy. Lack of A/C might be a drawback in hot weather, but for the mony this is a fine choice.
