In effect had the run of a small property as just one other letting bed room.

What a wonderful, positive introduction to Iceland. The setting is quiet and rural (as are most places outside of Reykjavik). We enjoyed a breath-taking sunset - viewed from the hot tub. Our hostess is charming, welcoming and enthusiastic about sharing Iceland, and helpful with suggestions for our travels. A home-prepared breakfast makes it difficult to leave. .

Very calm place on a farm. Superb for local excursions. Good breakfast and very warm and friendly staff.

All in all great as well as the breakfast with homemade food is recommendable. The only slightly disturbing thing was the very restless landlady.

Nice place, houselady speaks perfect fluently German, very nice area around, very helpful hints for local attractions and horseriding, DELICIOUS breakfast with homemade bread and marmelade in the family's house. Free WLAN. I would like to stay there again during my next Iceland vacation.
