We were in apartment that was situated just 50 metres from the main metro station Deak Ter. Apartment was very quiet and much bigger than we thought :) There is about 500 metres of walking from YEP hostel, but very warm and friendly staff member took us to the right location and gave some great tips!

Good location inside the Jewish Quarter. Employees was extremely helpful and extremely friendly. We were located in a flat just across the street, but the rooms were large along with the facilities worked wonderful (although getting a little old).

I have definitely enjoyed everything of Yep Hostel: the location was superb (it is right in the middle of the nightlife - see Instant or Szimpla and other &'ruin pubs&' - and also just round the corner of the biggest Sinagoga in Europe, no need to say more! ) yet it was tranquil and quite in the hostel. The employees was brilliant, helpful and caring, full with usueful advices otherwise impossible to get. I would definitely get back there if I were to pay a visit to Budapest again! THANKS YEP!

The location is really great if you w`like to go out. Bars and one of the largest Night clubs of Budapest are just arround the corner. Public transportation is close-by as well.

Very centrally located. The staff person was extremely helpful. Though there was no one to receive us on 19th night, I hold no grudge as all flights were being cancelled all sides. And they had a number of cancellations - and when we did not turn up at the mentioned time, I guess they thought we had cancelled. All in all, it is a extremely cosy location and again extremely centrally located. Outstanding in fact. Unfortunately, due to flight cancellations, we were the only guests till the last night of our stay. But I must mention that the receptionist was A GREAT HELP.

Good location and great value. We stayed at suite room, the room is huge enough. During the time, it was not noisy.

We stayed within the private double, and it was extremely excellent - secure lockable room with double bed and tv. Showers were good, free internet was handy as was the printer. Properly equipped cooking area was also useful (fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, but no oven), and the welcome drink of Hungarian spirits went down extremely nicely! Location is pretty excellent - ought to be relatively basic to uncover from the train station but we maintained to fully lose our bearings soon after coming out of the subway

We had a whole appartment for ourselves, including our own bathroom and kitchen. It felt more like "couchsurfing" than a hostel since we saw the employees only once at the arrival. The room was good, large bed plus a couch that might be used as an extra bed. The only negative was the noise from the street below. Budapest is a loud city per se along with the street in front of the appartment fit right in! But with closed windows it was OK.

I would totally recommend this hostel! I loved it! You have the feeling of being at home as it is actually a big flat and very cosy as well. The girl who received us (I don't remember her name but she was from Rumania) was extremely kind and very helpfull all the time. Great location, in the jewish quartier and next to the big sinagogue. If I come back I will be stay there again!
