The double room was silent and nice, kitchen completely supplied, bathrooms adequate. The smallness of the hostel creates a feeling of a Budapestan apartment, with extended family occupying the rooms ;) The staff, and I mean G&abor, is really kind and helpful; always there when needed but discreet. We will come back.

For such a low price, we were very happy to discover this nice hostel, downtown, near to everything, with comfy and clean rooms. We were welcomed by a very helpful and polite employees ! We spent a very nice weekend would definitely recommend this hostel !

We were lucky enough to book a cosy private double in Emerald the last minute ahead of jumping on the bus to Budapest. It was straightforward to uncover and we came when it was dark! Apart from the awesome location, their employees were so considerate and helpful! Nicely in short, it worths every penny!

The place is a 4-room apartment turned into a hostel, so it feels really warm and friendly and natural. like house instead of a hostel. The guy in charge is a really nice and polite person, he just tried to made it straightforward and comfortable for us. it couldn't be better
