We actually stayed in Ashoka Hostel which was run by the same individuals as Angel Guest Home due to the fact Angel was under construction. We stayed for 3 nights. I was shocked at how clean everything was. I expected a small room in Hong Kong, but I was pleasantly surprised at how properly designed the small space was for efficiency. The walls were thin, but turning the fan and/or the AC on drowned out any noise. Would definitely recommend this to others. By the way, we drank the tap water and ended up fine.
