As far as I concern, the only advantage is its location. It is in Nathan Road, and near the bus station of Bus No. 21A from airport.

I think it can clean it up abit, the &"lobby&" area was messy like someone&'s home, newspaper everywhere. doesnt give a exceptional vibe.
