We were pleasantly shocked when we arrived at Axos, thinking we would be in a low cost backpackers as usual for the cost we&'d paid. However, Axos is a extremely nice hotel in an awesome location with nice spacious rooms and a pool. The staff were warm and friendly and also the location is a cool little beachy village.

The employees were really friendly, the rooms were really clean, and it was only a brief walk from the beach! Fantastic value for the money!

The best thing about the hotel is friendly staff - they helped us a lot during the strike days. and then - exceptional value for money: for 20 euros for 2 per day (low season in October) we got a huge room with bathroom and kitchen

Very impressed by helpful and warm and friendly staff. It is wonderful going to a hotel where individuals really care about you and it was evident here. Extremely good value for the money! Extremely recommend!

Awesome value. Great staff. Clean. Modern. Lots of restaurants, beaches and little shops all along the strip it sits on. The outdoor bar that&'s attached to the hotel is fantastic too, with the very best bartender I&'ve ever met. Great quality / value drinks as well.

Excellent central hotel and simple to find. [I knew where it was as have been to Platanes before] Free internet access for guests, nice rooms including a toaster, good warm and friendly staff, air con extra.
