It is literally beneath the castle, Next to the cable car to the top of the hill and a two minute walk to the old bridge. The staff are awesome everything we said we were going to go see they gave us awesome tips on when and how to do everything. Also it&'s the top size hostel to meet new people.

Best hostel I&'ve ever stayed in. Awesome value for money, great location, super friendly staff. Extremely clean, furnished with lots of character. Felt more like I was staying in a friend&'s flat than in a hostel. Free perks like cereal, tea, hair dryer, soap, etc. absolutely nothing but great points to say about Lotte!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and all knew the area well. The lounge and cooking area facilities were fantastic (and unlike other hostels you don&'t have to wash up following yourselves! ). The location was good, right near all the significant traveller attractions inside the old town. The atmosphere was nice and all the guests were welcoming and friendly. We had an incredible stay!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Lina worked incredibly hard to create sure our stay was a great one. The common room had a great setting and there were often interesting people to meet. The hostel is in an outstanding location inside the old town. Kitchen is totally equipped in case you need to cook. Breakfast cereals and milk are for free.

The spot is spotless clean, the cooking area with everything one might need (without even needing to wash the dishes, simply because they take care of that also! ), outstanding location (just by the principal shopping street), and Ms. Schmidt is very friendly and helpful. I wouldn&t stay anywhere else in Heidelberg.

This is a really fantastic hostel. The staff are some of the nicest individuals I have ever met, it is really clean, the bathrooms are amazing, the kitchen is well-equipped, the common room is amazing, comfy beds with light and power point, no cost lockers, great location - really just brilliant all round.

Very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking utensil you would ever need. Rooms were large and clean and even had personal lights in each bed. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and new. The showers were wonderfully large and there was even provided a wooden platform to stand upon. This is by far the most effective hostel I&'ve ever stayed in.
