Very clean rooms and shower facilities. staff were friendly and helpful to a fault. great location; right next to a metro station that's only a few stops away from the hauptbahnhof and the city centre. near the hamburg history museum. wonderful free breakfast buffet. secure environment with lockers and key card for doors.

The staff is really exceptional and friendly. The location at the sea port is awesome. It is clean and also the breakfast is really good. I suggest this hostel to backpackers and families.

Fantastic location with a view of the docks and a brief walk from the busy Reeperbahn etc.

It wasn't too far from the station, there was no curfew and the beds were comfortable.

The location was really good. Extremely straightforward to get to from the airport via the S-Bahn (Landungsbrucken). All the employees I spoke to were welcoming, helpful and friendly; they all spoke English as well. You have your own locker inside the dorm which is huge enough to safely store your stuff.

Party central. Drunk guys coming into the dorm at 3 a. m. and 5 a. m. purposedly waking up everyone sleeping there. Outstanding location but is it really worth it for a sleepless night

English: The breakfast is very good and full :), but dont stay in a share room with unknown people simply because it is not a very good idea :( (I am 21 yers old)Espanol: el desayuno es variado y abundante :), pero no compartas habitacion con gente desconocida porque es una mala idea (la primera noche uno roncando exageradamente y la segunda noche un grupo de alemanes de menos de 21 anos bebiendo alcohol en la habitacion y sin respetar a los demas) :( (tengo 21 anos)
