This is a hostel hold by a Turkish family. They are extremely nice and helpful. When i left, they went with me to the train station and helped to buy ticket to airport. The location is quite good, in the middle of numerous night-life places, safe. Not too far from the K&oln Hautbahnhof (just 5minutes by train). Numerous places for eating right after party like kebab (just on the ground floor of the hostel), BurgerKing.

Nice huge rooms, contemporary apartment. Excellent bathroom. Fridge. Near to U-Bahn (but have to switch as there is no direct to city centre) and S-Bahn.

Extremely warm and friendly and welcoming host. A lot of affordable places to eat nearby. Right next to the subway station. Very spacious room. Super warm and friendly and welcoming host.

The staff is really friendly. 25 Euro per night is an awesome cost to stay in Cologne during GDC and Gamescom.
