It was really friendly, both the employees and other travellers, ideal location, quite and like 20 meters from transportation and warschauerstrasser (full of cafe-bar-clubs). totally recomend it to anyone.

Cheap, in a great neighbourhood (Friedrichshain has lots of fantastic eating places and cafes and nightclubs), with a inexpensive bar and lots of info on activities, tours, etc.
