One of staffs I met at the reception was neither so warm and friendly nor helpful. They didn&'t smile at all. However, another employees was pretty very good and dedicated.

The employees at Helter Skelter was extremely attentive and often happy to help. The common location has lots of seating as well as the cooking area is central. We especially liked the character of the all-girls dorm and how spacious the room was. Along with the clean doorms, the bathroom facility was cleaned daily and there was often soap for your hands.

Really great place to meet individuals to hang out with and party with. Drank there and played pool prior to going out. I didnt have the breakfast but i did take advantage of the no cost fruit and coffee available. Was great to hav a nice huge room to spread out a bit. Staff were really kind and helpful also :)

Very warm and friendly employees and also the location was pretty central to a significant train and metro station. The (paid) breakfast was also pretty good. Also, the no cost lockers were huge - a significant plus.

Very great location with plenty of transport selections nearby (Friedrichstrasse Bahnhof)! Towels and bed sheets provided for no cost !
