We liked the hotel simply because of the extremely nice bedroom and bathroom. The staff were very useful in every single way and did their greatest to make us comfortable. The view from our bedroom window over looking the river was extremely lovely.

Fabulous spot to stay in case you are in Berlin for a few days and need to be inside the thick of things :-) Right beside the East Side Gallery and only a stones throw from so a lot of exceptional restaurants, bars, night clubs and cultural attractions. The staff were super nice and accommodating. We checked out the final day at 11 and didn&'t fly out until that night and they held our bags until we picked them up at 5, no hassle. The included breakfast was a exceptional buffet style affair with plenty of good coffee! (much needed after a night on the tiles) Overall a exceptional spot to stay for a group of buddies travelling to explore and have fun. Hope to be back!

The staff was extremely warm and friendly as well as the rooms were comfortable but not small. The view from the room was completely spectacular as well, overlooking the Berlin Wall. It was an excellent spot to relax after a long day of exploring.

Great location by East Side Gallery, great transport links and near trendy area with nice restaurants. Exceptional buffet breakfast included and friendly English-speaking staff. I would happily go back.
