The rooms are quite old as properly as the bathroom was small (literally one person at a time even in a double room). The staff is really warm and friendly as properly as the location is ideal (super near to everything! )

Its hard to beat the location of this hotel considering the price! We had a lovely double room with ensuite, air conditioning, television balcony and a little fridge! Was not expecting this considering the rates! The staff were all so warm and friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again!

I liked how close it was to the beach and how noiseless our room was. The air conditioner really put out, too. It was super easy to locate from the Nice ville train station, and super close to a lot of places to eat.

I would describe it as a Finest Western hotel with a 35 year old finish however, it has been extremely properly maintained considering it's age. Friendly and helpful day staff (although he may not seem like it at first). Great value considering the location. Would stay again.
