The location is terrific. It is near to the Old Town, it is near to the train station and near to many bus stops for the most common destinations around Nice. The proximity to the Old Town (Vieux Nice) is particularly helpful, since that is certainly exactly where you will end up practically each and every evening. The area is secure and there are no problems returning back really late at night. The employees are really warm and friendly and helpful. They supply no cost maps, bus timetables and superb advice on how to travel and uncover places.

Well located and a discount at a nearby car park. Employees were all really helpful and extremely friendly. In its heyday this must have been a extremely outstanding location and has still managed to maintain some of its character although it is definitely in need of some tlc - bathroom was tatty, communal carpets extremely worn and decoration somewhat jaded but it suited our purpose and its convenience was a huge bonus. Will reccommend it to friends.

Location is extremely close to the city center and to the beach! The location around is really nice and safe, so you can come back even late during the night time without any doubts.

WOW Location is brilliant, employees are wonderful! Has a computer for use downstairs with net access. Nice cozy room with ensuite. Finest value for money hotel I&ve stayed at in my 6 months travelling. Brilliant value for money and fantastic location. We chose to walk down the primary street from the train station to the hotel taking within the city as we went.
