Very helpful, friendly, staff. So central and straightforward to find. A minute from metro which makes it straightforward to uncover provence region. Clean and spacious with tea/coffee facilities in room. Very comfortable beds. You do have to climb stairs to begin with before the lift but employees helped to carry up cases which was an unexpected and welcome surprise.

Kind and Helpful staffs. They also informed us about the very good restaurents. Breakfast is also nice. Proper prices!

This is a hotel and not a hostel. Fantastic location, tea and coffee facilities in rooms, free net in lobby, some free of charge pastries and biscuits at reception, helpful staff. You need to leave your room key at the reception whenever you go out, which is annoying and a bit of an invasion of privacy.

Amazing location right in the centre of the port. no cost internet. fantastic room with TV (no fridge but). the girl on reception is lovely and will tell u everywhere to go. one of the extremely best places to stay for what you pay! and its a hotel. awesome.

Location, location, location! Right near Vieux Port metro. Friendly staff and big breakfast. On the down side, it was pretty noisy at night, with noise coming up from the street all night. And I wish I'd known there was an extra bed in the room, that would have saved us paying for two!

It was a cozy spot to stay but the air conditioning was not quite cold as nicely as the cost is not exactly hostel cost (nor is the at, osphere one of a hostel, it is a hotel).
