The rooms were comfortable. We definitely got far more than what we expected for the price we paid. The employees were very friendly. They spoke very very good english and were always pleased to help us with any enquiries we had. The restaurants they recommended were excellent. The location of the hotel was very good as well, as it is neither too far from the grotto or the other component of Lourdes (train station, mcdonalds etc). I would stay here again the next time I come.

The location was noiseless but great for both walking to the grotto and into the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and gave us all the info and maps that we needed.

Lourdes is a pligrimage spot and we were delighted with the service and friendlyness of the employees at this hotel. I strongly recomend it.
