Location is excellent. My room was basic but clean and serviced daily. The weather was very hot but there is certainly a fan provided and even though it didn&'t really reduce the heat much, it did blow cooler air into the room. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I would suggest it as a very good base from which to uncover Annecy.

It is clean and comfortable and close to the town centre and the lake. You can opt to have breakfast at E10 per person and although this sounds expensive it is a continental style buffet, there is certainly a great choice and a lot of it. The hotel is also very close to the bus/train station and really good for all of the shops.
