Nice warm and friendly staff, relatively new facilites, free wifi/ computer to use. And for the price it is really worth it. Thumbs up for the Flying Kiwi.

Nice atmosphere, the room was massive enough but a bit cold. We asked at the reception for extra blankets and they gave us. Toilets clean but a bit small. Not enough water pressure for showers in the third floor.

Staff were super helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to meet. Lots of fantastic suggestions. Jenn is an absolute sweetheart! Location was right inside the old town with a amazing bakery down the street. Lockers and wifi worked. Enjoyed that it wasn&'t a large ole party hostel. Would certainly stay again.

The location was very good, just inside the old town. Employees was really friendly, spoke very good english, so there was no problem with communication. The room was quite clean, also as the shower.
