Everything, it was located close to the bus stops into york, the people who ran it were very friendly as properly as the service was excellent. Would certainly suggest it to other people wanting to stay somewhere straightforward to find and not faraway from york. It is also not faraway from Monks Cross Shopping Centre and york outlet.

House was very spacious with extensive, lovingly cared for gardens. A very quiet location with simple connections to the local motorways and a brief drive into York. Room was very spacious, with a lot of height all round, despite being an attic room.

This B&&B had a lovely garden which we had a great view of from our room. The rooms were also spacious, although the ensuite bathroom was tiny.
