Helpful staff on arrival and with any issues. Free map and directions. Free parking (though this is limited, so unsure if should be advertised to all). Was a brief walk 5-10mins into the city centre, which was great. Lots of restaurants around. This hostel is situated above a pub (closed at 7pm though, so not rowdy by any means), and offers very basic accomodation at a rate more affordable than anywhere else. Had a bit of a dodgy feel, but overall was ok.

You get a key for the frontdoor as well, so right after a night out you don&'t have a problem to get in. It&'s also really close to the city centre as nicely as the employees is very nice.

I loved location - really convenient for Capital FM arena events or clubbing etc. Employees were doing much more than you would expect in such a affordable hostel. Room was fine and bed were really comfortable and clean. I would definitely be back here within the future

Hot shower, contemporary electric radiator for the room. The bed was comfortable compared to numerous other hostels I&'ve stayed at within the UK. Employees was real nice and accommodating

It was my first time staying in a hostel, so, I don&'t really have much to compare it to. But the employees were really friendly, it was straightforward enough to find. Other travellers in the hostel were pleasant, warm and friendly and nice. There was plenty of space in the room.
