The location of the hostel was great, just a 5 minute walk away from the coach station. The staff was also rather accommodating, inviting me to have the breakfast provided when I arrived within the early hours of the morning (before I checked in). The complimentary breakfast provided was adequate, with the usual bread, cereals, coffee and juices. The lounge and common areas were also large enough to accommodate the guests within the hostel. (As an added bonus, the World Cup was screened on multiple screens within the lounge).

I liked that they had organized events at night, that the hostel felt really secure as properly as the no cost breakfast. The location was also AMAZING!

The location is really easy to access (it&'s a really near to Piccadilly train station) even though it&'s hard to find without GPS when you come there for the first time. I&'ve asked the policeman and some individuals but they couldn&'t tell me the location. (Perhaps the hostel should put a sign around their location).

Very helpful staff, outstanding location, cosy public rooms, free breakfast as nicely as hot drinks 24hrs. Also activities organised like free food for all of the residents to sit, eat together and socialise. Fantastic value for money!

The Hostel did everything is said it was and more. Friendly atmosphere downstairs inside the communal area. Beds where clean and tidy. Outstanding facilities.
