Perfect location for people who wish to check out london and have little knowledge of the city. Effortless to reach by Tube and handy to stores bars and restaurants. Warm and friendly and helpful staff. Very good cost for its location.

AT FIRST SEEMED HELPFUL BUT STAFF R FORGETFUL AND DIDNT GIVE ME LOWER FLOOR UNTIL LAST WEEK THEN CHANGED LAST DAY&&WERE RUDE TO ME&&ONE DIDNT REFUND WASH MONEY UNTIL NEXT DAY&&WOULDNT GET OR LET ME GET CHANGE TO REFUND I FEEL THEY NEED MORE SUPERVISION AND TRAINING AND TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT&&CONSIDERATION ONLY ROOM OK && OTHER PEOPLE STYING ALSO HAD TROUBLE WITH STAFF

Location is great, it is in safe, nice area and very close to tube station. Room was very clean and also the bath rooms were ok. It wasnt loud and noisy during the night time and overall i really enjoyed my stay.
