The property was in a great location. I was there for a concert and it was only two stops from the O2. The employees were very helpful and eager to present quality service. They offered a great breakfast inside the morning and had numerous facilities such as a bar, internet and restaurant. They also provided help in booking tickets for different points of interest all over London and had vending machines handy. The rooms were very clean and also the beds were not too uncomfortable.

Pretty silent during night time. Felt secure. Straightforward access to the city (10min walk to the underground).

It&'s not far away from the city center. Right after taking underground to Canada Water, you can take bus to the hostel. Even walking through the back side of Thames is an excellent opportunity for the individuals who desire to uncover the new districts in London.

The size of the private room, the ensuite, the clean and really comfy beds, the price, the calmness of the location with buses on the door step and close to supermarkets and tube stations. We will certainly stay there again.

I liked that there was a cafeteria, bar, and computers offered for use. They also have special deals on west end performances.
