Staff muy amigable y muy buena predisposici&on para ayudar siempre. Desayuno s&uper completo y con la opci&on de pedir panqueques o huevos revueltos. Tenes la opcion de comer de la cocina del bar (muy rico) o llevar tu propia comida y calentarla y guardar en una heladera tambi&en. Tenes soft drinks gratis durante todo el d&ia. Free wireless durante 30 mins, y sino tambi&en hay un par de computadoras en el bar. Si bien no est&a en una zona c&entrica tenes el bus 24 en la puerta que te acerca al centro de Londres en pocos minutos, y sino caminas un par de cuadras y tenes Pilmico (subte). La habitaci&on de 6 personas con camas muy c&omodas, y lockers para guardar tus cosas. A veces se armaban cola para ir a los ba&nos y duchas, pero depende de la hs en la que te levantes. Por suerte nunca esper&e. Espero poder volver y hospedarme un d&ia mi&ercoles ya que a la noche hacen noche de Salsa y me lo perd&i :P

Staffs are so bubbly, kind, so helpful anytime. Breakfast also fantastic especially smoothie is so good, omelet is randomly good. There are so many free presents inside the pub (drinks/sweets/tea/coffee/etc) Hostel joy is the very best hostel I&'ve stayed in so many countries.

I liked the warm and friendly staff along with the handy no24 bus outside the door. Also the no cost soft drinks all day is fantastic value

It is in a lovely location right on the bank of the river Thames and only a few tube stops or twenty minute walk into the touristy heart of the city. Bedding, towels and lockers are included inside the price, not to mention no cost breakfast!

I was greated with an unexpected warmth rarely found in London. All the employees were incredibly warm and friendly and helpful, the breakfasts had everything you could ask for and the lounge location was inviting and relaxing. If you get a chance to take a Salsa lesson totally give it a go. Thanks guys.
