The staff were friendly and helpful. Chris, the manager, was extremely welcoming and helpful with giving directions and advice on the Tube system. Other staff Joe and Guiseppo were helpful as well. I&'ve stayed here twice and have enjoyed it especially the pub-style atmosphere where you can meet fellow travelers and the handy location.

*The location, it&'s 20 seconds from the Edgware Road tube entrance at Bakerloo Line xD And some 5 mins to the Edgware Road station for the Hammersmith/District/Circle lines. Soon after taking the tube there you can get to Westmister in 15 mins much more or less. *The pub on the ground floor of the bulding lends a nice and jolly atmosphere to the location (and its musical selection is awesome if you like classic rock). *The staff was really nice and warm with me.

Right close to the bakerloo line, and from a lot of bus stops, not too expensive for three nights, nice staff, it feels secure to leave our stuff there as we have lockers (even though we have to have our own padlocks). Breakfast included in the price. We don&'t need pillows or duvet. The showers and toilets are clean. Great price-quality ratio.
