Location is really superb - really near to the underground and national railway station and also to Hyde Park. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in (8 beds-mixed) had a shared private bathroom-shower, which was nice. Also, there are lockers inside the room. The breakfast was a lot more than what I expected: different kinds of cereal, butter-jam, cheese, hard-boiled eggs and a selection of hot and cold drinks. All in all, it was a really pleasurable stay. The hostel in general was silent - keep in mind that I was there during the Globe Cup.

Very friendly staff and a really positive setting throughout. The rooms are basic youth hostel style, as was to be expected, but clean and rather spacious. Excellent location near to Paddington.
