You were actually able to open the windows! As nicely as the rooms were bigger than other hostels (I was in a room for 8 people). The staff were amazing! So kind and helpfull. It was like meeting friends! I&'ve stayed at a lot of hostels in London, and this was the greatest! I will be back for sure!

Really warm and friendly employees and fantastic atmospere. There were basically no extra charges for anything, and they would help you with everything they could. Started feeling like a second home following just a few days!

The staff were amazingly warm and helpful and also the I met some awesome individuals during my stay. There is a bathroom in each dorm and no cost breakfast each morning. You can use the safe lockers downstairs to store valuables but I never needed it and there is certainly storage under each bunk. I actually extended my stay several times each simply because of the hostel and also simply because of the individuals I met there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
