Very comfortable accommodation. Large bedroom with ample drawers and wardrobe space. There was a large bathroom with full bath and shower (with glass shower screen not curtain. ) Heated towel rail was a bonus. Very spacious lounge with ample seating - large leather sofas. Large restaurant exactly where the service was excellent. The staff were extremely efficient, warm and friendly and helpful. The hotel was situated within a brief walk of the beach and bus stops. The town center and bus station was within straightforward walking distance. Reception staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The swimming pool at the nearby sister hotel was also extremely welcome on a hot afternoon.

THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. VERY CENTRALLY LOCATED. THE STAFF WAS CURTIOUS AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FACITLITY

The pre-stay servcie was secone to none- completely amazing! they changed my plans for me about 8 times and were always so polite and accomodating - highly highly highly recommended!

We were in Jersey for a sports event and our kit was drity and extremely wet as it had rained. I was attempting to dry it in the ironing room and without being asked the chambermaids extremely kindly took the kit and washed and dried it for us. Fantastic service|!
