Well soon after reading these reviews below, i thought we would just have to risk it, and well have a bad stay for the low fares provided. We arrived at mowbrays at 21. 45 luckily enough there were other people who arrived at the same time (the door has a code, so if you&'re arriving late, call the property owner prior to hand). anyway she gave us the key, and well, rest was all ok. I was impressed with the room, equipped with a radiator, own bathroom with very great hot water, very warm room, we also had breakfast cereals (though we didnt use them as we didnt have time to have cereal). it&'s a 45 minute walk from the city centre-use a gps. (we didn&'t see any restaurants/pubs/fast food places around mowbrays, so we would walk to the city centre. using our gps). You also should get a number of a taxi. you won&'t locate one within the place where mowbrays is. :) Also if you&'re taking a coach. take one from the city centre NOT from trumpington park and ride ( you won&'t get a taxi cab there/and it&'s isolated with no restaurants/pubs/take out places) Btw and it&'s not true, you&'re charged for the wireless ! (read this on a review)

We were made really welcome at the Mobray Bed && Breakfast. Everything was Spotlessly clean and tidy. The staff were really friendly and pleasant. There is certainly a car parking region although we arrived by bus. Security was outstanding so we felt safe leaving our belongings there. (we were given a code to enter the front door and a key to our room). Breakfast was great for the variety of cereals obtainable as well as the location was warm and cosy. As the weather was showery we were glad of the hot showers obtainable in our room when we came home right after long days of sightseeing in this wonderful city of Cambrige. We will definately stay at the Mobray B&&B when we are next in Cambridge.

Key pad entry made access at all times of the day very straightforward. Loved the quirky mirrors! Great to be able to open the windows for fresh air. Cleaner was so cheerful and helpful.

The room was clean and tidy and the door code system of check in worked well for our purposes, as we weren't sure when we were going to arrive and went out in the evening, only returning at around 2 a. m. Access to three bathrooms and a fully equiped kitchen were handy as well.

None, escept the location, it's near the train station, and the carpet, it looks nice.

Bizarre place, no contact with staff whatsoever. They offer a pick up service, but don't answer the phone number they have provided, it is a bit of a hike out of town so you need to get a bus or taxi there. There is no signage out the front, just a big spray painted 32 on the wall. When we arrived there was a note saying to ring a different phone number on the door, you ring and get given to code to get inside. It isn't a homely B&B, it's just a normal Even though we booked for three people, we only had 2 towels and breakfast for 2. It is not really a bed and breakfast i might add, the breakfast consists of a little box of cornflakes and some pre cooked toasty biscuit. My last gripe is the bathroom, there is a giant window along the bath/shower which has regular, not frosted glass, and a curtain that is a hell of a lot smaller than the window, so the neighbours can see ALL of you whilst you are showering! But enough of the bad points, for a 3 bed room, which is a nice, clean comfortable room, it is the cheapest in Cambridge, if you are a budget traveller it suits well. We enjoyed it, it gave us lots of stories to tell our friends.
