Nice, Clean Room. Outstanding location, and good breakfast. Really good value for Brighton at &xa3;80 for 2 nights. Would definitely stay again. Also, was a bit worse for wear right after the first night so spent a lot of time inside the room on the second day, so was good to have a great quality fully working TV inside the room

It&'s in a central location practically on the seafront and also the employees were generally friendly. The breakfast was generally nice too.

Location was exceptional and room cheap. Owner kindly agreed to stay open until midnight simply because of my late arrival, but this shouldn&'t have been an issue.

A great hotel with warm and friendly staff and nicely situated for the beach, stores and public transport options. The rooms are clean and adequate for basic sleeping and washing. The rooms have tea and coffee and a tv. En suite bath rooms were clean and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was fast and efficient although the breakfast does not start off until 8. 30am which is a problem when you wake at 6am and are looking to be out and about early.
