Staff were friendly despite having to wait around to answer the doorbell/return keys. �deally located. The bed was clean and breakfast enjoyable.

Really nice staff, otherwise really basic. Showers and toilets really old, just like most of the place. Must have been a nice spot when it was new, but this is some time ago. But considering the city, it&'s alright, as nobody seems to expect mroe than that in Blackpool. Location is great.
