It is has basic accomodation and Egypt breakfast, but good value for money, and Hussein is great, will do everything to help you out, and unlike other places will tell you the truth and how to organize points without pushing any tours on you.

The cost first, the location (just near the train station) second, the staff third (with a welcome tea at 2. 00 am)

Friendly atmosphere where the staff were not hassling you to do their tour packages. It was great location, 2 minutes next to the train station and a local 'juice bar' just a corner away with this amazing sugar cane drink. The rooms were decent and great value for money. We also sorted ourselves a hot air balloon ride over Luxor with the hotel and it was a great experience!

The hotel is in a hidden alley. The staff is friendly but I didn't see too many people staying there. The room was ok and it did have an A/C and a fan.
