Staff were nice, rooms were average but not bad, pretty clean. The tour to Abu Simbel was superb and the cheapest we could find anywhere (do the extended tour too, Philae Temple was my favorite thing in Egypt). Pretty superb value for price.

The view from our room looked out over the Nile which was amazing. the tours were really low-cost compared to other hotels inside the surrounding. A trip to Abu Simbel cost us 70 EGP which was jsut for transport, you then payed 95EGP for your ticket once you arrived at the site, this was classed as a brief tour, you could do a long tour for an extra 5pounds and see the phliea temple and obalisk which is worth it. the room was fairly clean and in good condition for the quantity you pay. The breakfast was a low-cost and cheerful continental which you were given plenty of.

The lady at the front desk, let us check in at 10am inside the morning, and didnt even push tours on us. The shower worked, there was air-con and our room had a beautiful view of the nile.

The rooftop view of the Nile was amazing although the pool was closed during winter (my friend&'s would have liked a dip). The staff were warm and friendly and helpful, the prices for tours were reasonable as properly as the breakfast was easy but there was a lot of food. Rooms were clean as properly as the view was fabulous.
