Location is great as in La Mariscal but on a quieter tree lined street away from bar noise. Near to Ecovia Tramline. Very good breakfast especially in case you get the homemade jam. Staff were helpful. We did 3 single days here staying in 3 different rooms. All were OK but not going to win awards. For the cost ($32) in Quito I was happy. Also extremely secure.

Staff were excellent. Felt extremely safe. Great location close to everything and not far to the magnificent old town. I would suggest for someone wanting a noiseless peaceful place to stay and meet a lot more mature travellers.
