This is one of the very best hostels. I visited Prague on 20th and had booked my lodging for 3 people for one night. Meanwhile one of my friend joined us and we were 4 people. But without creating any issues they provided lodging for 4. On next day my check-out was on 10 am. But sadly I got into small accident and my train was at 5:00pm. I requested them to allow me to take some rest till 3pm. I was severely injured. They not only allowed me to stay there 4pm but also provided first aid and basic medications without charging me. Specially that guy who was on duty on 21-july morning (sorry, couldn&'t ask him his name in that condition) was very helpful and friendly. Thanks friend for helping and supporting me. Flexible and supportive employees there made me comfortable. They are helpful and I didn&"t feel that i was in main troubles (though i was in). Secondly, this is really a value for money accomodation. It was neat and clean.

The room has comfortrable beds, the room is big, along with the cost is nice, the towels are for free.

Perfectly well-located, really very good priced and just the minimal but OK. It&'s actually a university residence, so small rooms with a bunch of toilets/showers on the floor. Clean enough, no huge complain about this. We stayed in Prag for 1 week and enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it for people who are not too needy about the services.
