Good large lockers. Large kitchen. Extremely nice helpful staff. For a 14 bed dorm, it was surprisingly comfortable.

Fantastic atmosphere and one of the most lovely and cosy hostels I have ever been to. great breakfast, nice rooms, helpful sraff(the owner works in hostel himself and therefore everything runs smoothly. He even gave me a tram ticket for free that somebody left on the reception. I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely recommend this hostel to other travelers. I cheked almost every single hostel in Prague and also the Marabou is my second best from all.

Staff are great! Location it&'s just about 30 minutes from downtown. Transport goes 24/7, so ins&'t that bad. Near to other facilities, such as supermarket.

The first hostel I met which maintained to create such a cosy and friendly atmosphere! Really loved the staff for their helpfulness and warm approach - I came at 5. 30 a. m. and should wai till 11a. m. for my check-in to get my bed but they allowed me just to go and sleep and then eat free breakfast - just like half day for free, I didn&'t have to pay for it. Moreover following the check-out I could leave my luggage in their room, come 10h later and nonetheless use the kitchen or bathroom. They answered all my question about their country, adviced me on some beer etc. I&"m really positive about the whole experience! Whoe-heartedly reccomend :)

Nice hostel. warm and friendly staff. The common room is inviting and comfy and makes interaction with other guest smooth. Breakfast is outstanding in hostel standards. It is outside the very center of the city, which is a bit of a disadvantage as far as getting to the primary points of interest goes. On the other hand you get to exit the hard core tourist zone, which is often good. As nicely as the nice restaurants inside the location (recommended by the hostel staff) are not tourist traps. I took the room with garden view. There isn&'t a garden actually (which is a pity) but you get a nice view at the public park on the neighboring hill. It looks very tropical, and justifies the hostel&'s name.

Staff were really warm and friendly and helpful, told us how to get to all the great areas. Suggested some Outstanding eating places and had really outstanding beers offered inside the hostel bar. Bus stop straight into the city center is right outside the hostel. Beds were comfortable and breakfast inside the morning was awesome.

As longboarder the location was exceptional due to the fact of a close bike/longboard trail leading to the center of prague.
