Our place was called a dorm but in fact it was nice small apartement, ideal for a group of friends. The place is low priced (perhaps the cheapest one in KV) and just 20 minutes walk from the spa resorts.

It appears to be reasonably priced. It is within a reasonable walking distance to the points of interest of the city, and to/from the train and bus stations.
