Ilona, who welcomed us was really warm and friendly and helpful. She made some useful recommendations about how to spend our time in Zagreb and gave us a map of the city together with a booklet describing what we would see on two walsk around the city. From the hostel it was straightforward walking distance to the city centre (1/2 hour), but there was alos info about what tram to catch.

I booked a private room with private bathroom. Location is extremely good. Extremely near to city center. Peaceful && quiet. The closets were massive and spacious. Towels available.

Friendly staff member on reception made us feel welcome. The hostel were abl;e to supply a variety of services such as booking buses to PLitvice and so on but we did not take these up. Information board with items in the area, how to get around and so on was accessible and helpful. The rooms did have some large wardrobes in them which were helpful but as per my negative comments there wasnt much space in the room.
