The home is pretty clean and new, well decorated, just like the pictures! As well as the spot is wonderfull! Bibinje is amazing, along with the sunset from the home is really nice! It&'s not on Zadar, but if you&'re by car it won&'t be a problem, along with the spot really makes it worth!

I stayed there for one entire week. The spot is extremely clean and fully equiped. Owners are open and helpful. Rooms are big. It&'s the extremely best apartement in Bibinje. Everybody (even locals) will say so.

I can not comment on the property since we were not allowed to stay there by the owner. We booked the apartment with sea view for 4 individuals in May for 2 nights but when we arrived inside the evening to check in, the owner said the apartment was double booked. She admitted the other booking was made in June and was for 3 weeks for &'regular&' customers. Our booking was first but she said it was Hostelbookers fault that we were double booked and not her problem and her regular customers were priority. Mistakes happen and she could have emailed us much earlier and we would have made alternative arrangements. She offered for us to stay at 2 different places each night which we said was not acceptable. Following a large argument she took us to nearby accommodation to stay each nights- but no sea view terrace, no wireless and no air con. The owner just left us and we never saw her again. She was rude and unhelpful and said if we did not desire to accept alternative accommodation we should make our own arrangements - difficult when you are travelling with children so we had to accept.

I liked the view we got, we paid for the sea view room and it was lovely. It was also clean and was grateful for having a private kitchenette.

Extremely clean location with very good view of the sunset and sea. Parking available. Extremely warm and friendly host. Location is slightly off Zadar but not a problem at all if driving.

The room is new, well furnished, well equiped with a terrasse. The bathroom/toilet is clean, nicely made. The breafast were really good, in massive quantities and with a lot of different things. The staff was nice and willing to help.

On arrival the owner informed us that she had overbooking problems, having rented the appartment to a household who intended to stay 2 weeks instead of 1 night. So she sent us to the appartment of a neigbourgh. So I can&'t rate Roko appartment from the inside.
