A small and clean apartment excellent for two, no more. Beat anticipations for what I intended the 2 star apartment to be like. A little out the way, just a 2 minute walk up hill from the old town and in a residential area. But right in among the old town as nicely as the peninsula which is a lovely walk, with little coves or rocks to bathe on. Goran was really helpful, made us really feel really at house but left us to appreciate the apartment and city for ourselves.

This was a wonderful no fuss accomodation for my boyfriend and I. Goran was super helpful and effortless to contact and communicate with. The apartment is slightly bigger than the pictures show. it is a 10 minute walk to the principal strip in Split yet the area is extremely quiet and feels extremely safe. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely little apartment in a suburban region of Split. There was a separate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (which contained a washing machine). The shower was brilliant and the bed extremely comfortable. The kitchen was totally kitted out and the air con worked really well. Goran was really helpful and was happy to let me check in early and check out late.

I stayed here with my husband for 3 nights and we loved our stay. The property owner is extremely helpful upon arrival. The location was great, only 10 min walk from the old town or beach. The home is amazing value for money if you looking for some privacy, extremely clean, very good air con and cooking facilities. I would extremely suggest to other people!
