Anne and Glynn totally embrace you into their home. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool is amazing and Anne&'s BBQ is legendary. Even though its out of town, the bus runs regularly and Glynn will drop you off! Definitely worth a visit!

Kamena lodge is a lot more likes guesthouse than a hostel. It&'s extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing. The pool region is stunning to just relax in. The hammocks are definitely a outstanding addition! The trip to krka was really outstanding and also the photos Glynn took for us were lovely, definitely my favourite of the holiday. Along with the BBQ we had afterwards was amazing, Ann makes the extremely best salads!

Complimentary pick-up and drop-off service. Kamena Lodge is located off city-centre, accessible by just one bus service running hourly from Split central bus station. The hostel will not be easily accessible without the pick-up/drop-off service, which is provided by the thoughtful owners. Drop-off daily at the city center may also be arranged but this works on a car pooling basis, so advance arrangement is advisable. A lot of thought has been given to consistently upgrading the place over the years Ana and Glyn have run the hostel. It feels like a home away from home.

Glynn and Ann are very useful welcoming hosts and made our time there so enjoyable. The rooms are stunning and The house is in a nice area. Also has PERFECT WIFI. Amazing would definitely suggest it to anyone.

Very nice outside region with hammocks and pool. &'Honesty bar&' to help yourself to beers/soft drink (just note it down and settle your tab at the end of the stay) was extremely nice notion - although the shop up the road is cheaper. Spacious room with adequate shower and other facilities. Nearby was a modest shop, bakery and restaurant.

Loved this place! Anne and Glynn were so lovely and warm and friendly and made the hostel feel like a home away from home. It&'s a magnificent hostel/guesthouse, the pool is exceptional and lots of nice backyard areas for hanging out. Has a great, peaceful vibe. Pictures don&'t do it justice! I really loved staying there and will be back for sure!

Kamena Lodge is one of the top places I&'ve ever stayed at. It&'s very unique and Ann and Glynn definitely make the stay worthwhile. They&'ve thought of the little points that travelers appreciate. Not only this, but the facilities are extremely cozy. There is a pool, a public kitchen, and a public outdoor patio. I really didn&'t mind the hostel being a bit out of the way due to the fact it gave me a feeling of residential Croatian life and was silent at night. In case you stay here, you won&'t regret it and this will be one of the most memorable experiences of your trip! Not to mention, it&'s EXTREMELY very good value for money! If I come back to Split, this is 100% exactly where I&'ll be staying.

We loved everything about Kamena Lodge. Ann and Glynn have put so much thought and care into the property and it has really paid off - it was by far the nicest spot we stayed on our travels. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely stay here again if we ever went back to Split.
