Location was close to the bus station (10min walk) and also the city center (10min walk) Although the entrance with its broken glass at first doesn&'t seem appealing, don&'t be fooled, the rooms are of very good and clean quality.

GUest House Zara is inside the very center of Split and encompassed by nice and traditionals Konobas and bars, 5 mins to Diocletian Palace and effortless to find. The owner of the apartment was nice and ready to help us also for the parking. If you search a inexpensive and intimate accomodation (maybe it depends also from the guest inside the second room, but we didn&'t have any problem) this is the good place!

Great location really close to the centre within yards of the harbour. Extremely clean and spacious. The bed was huge and really comfortable. The TV is massive and has lots of english channels. I would stay again.

The location itself is extremely good, it&'s almost right inside the centre, 50 metres from Trg Republike, 200 metres from Dioklecijans palace and 50 metres from the well-known Split Riva. The cost is extremely convinient, it&'s cheap comparing other offers, simply because you get the whole room for yourself, with air conditioner and a shared bathroom (which we shared with only one other room, so it was always avaliable and clean). The room is medium big, there are also towels to use. The owners were extremely helpful and kind, we were able to leave our suitcases at their location whilst we were out on the beach for the last time, a few hours ahead of the flight. My boyfriend and I liked the location veeery much and we would recommend it, simply because you get everything for a extremely small prize.

Excellent price, location and facilities. Essentially a full apartment with everything you may need and a lot more - including internet inside the room and separate kitchen and bathroom. Definitely would recommend.
