-safe, clean, cozy -actually a really nice apartment (especially given how inexpensive it is to stay there) -about the finest location you can have without being within Diocletian&'s Palace (but frankly, I would rather stay here than within the palace)

Great location! In a silent street with only two minutes to the old city. Perfect! The owner was extremely helpful and showed us the way to the car rental place where we had to deliver our car. Room was fresh and clean and everything worked perfect.

The location of the apartment in Sredmanuska street is excellent, 5 minutes from the old portion of Split. Just down the street there is a nice restaurant. The flat is properly equipped and spacy. Suzi, the owner, is very warm and friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very nice stay.
