Situated on a nice old street near to numerous restaurants, a hill top cafe and 3 mins walk from the town centre. It was a nice basic room and kitchen but amazing value for money. Ivan was a really good host too, accessible if needed without intruding.

Ivan was extremely helpful and courteous. He went out of his way to help us. In case you are staying in split and want a sweet apartment close to everything this is exactly where you should stay. We even stayed extra nights.

The apartment was situated just a few minutes from the old town center and you felt yourself expertise Split how the locals do. The apartments are only minutes away from cafes, bars, grocery store, and beaches. We found the apartment clean with a totally functional kitchen and Ivan was helpful and gave us tips on exactly where to eat, exactly where to go, and offered his help whenever we needed it. We were also pleasantly surprised and speechless when he came by the apartment to drop off some pastries (we had mentioned that we wanted to try Croatian desserts) and we had to stop ourselves from eating the whole plate in one sitting:) Overall, I was really happy with the apartment and the friendliness of our host and would definitely come by again if I go pay a visit to Split again.
