Baldo is one of the nicest guys I&'ve ever met. He&'s a huge help, at any hour, and has a ton of great knowledge about Split if you need some helpful hints. The location couldn&'t be any more central---it&'s literally inside the middle of the Diocletian Palace. My advice: book a room here. You won&'t regret it.

Very handy location inside the palace walls. Baldo was very friendly and welcoming and gave us a complimentary shot of Croatian spirit. He gave us lots of info on items to do in split and probable excursions. The room was very nice and aircon was good. Baldo let us keep our luggage there soon after check out as our boat was later in the day which was great.

Very good value for the money. I really, really, really enjoyed in this place. Cannot beat the location. Cable TV with English and sport channels and no cost wifi is a very massive plus. Owner is the best, he delivers very low-cost airport transfer even early within the morning.

It&'s a stunning old stone building, situated in The Diokletian palais, apartment is big, new and spacious. In one day you can&'t see The Diokletian palais, Marjan hill, Old Salona and Bacvice beach. The host will show you on the map everything you need to know about the city, but ask him to plan a time ( I DID NOT! :( ) Host is incredible guy and he is trying to help when you ask him. :) I made a mistake and I stayed in town for one night only. It is not enough to see all the sights :( Apartment is just a few metres from the Cathedral of St. Domnius, and you can eaven hear the bells in case you leave the windows open. I will be back in Split. :)

The location was incredible for such a outstanding price! It only took us a few minutes to uncover the apartment and once we arrived, we were greeted by our lovely host who went above and beyond to give us information and restaurant suggestions around Split. We could not have asked for a much better stay or a much better host!

Situated right within the center of the old Diocletian&'s Palace in a wee narrow street right within the center of history. Our room had a small kitchen. Baldo could not have done much more to create our stay successful. He gave us great advice on what to see and how to do this economically, and advice for great household run restaurants.
