It&'s 15 minutes walking from the park. Employees doesn&'t really speak english, but that&'s not a problem. It&'s actually an inn constructed on the second floor of a house, just like the other options around. Has a restaurant close by.

Pleasant location within 15 minutes of the park gate (no. 2). There&'s no kitchen, and eating is a bit of problem unless you eat in nearby (expensive) restaurant, but there&'s a small supermarket 10 minutes&' walk away (uphill). Otherwise quite good, and nice location, with a beautiful flowering garden in summer.

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Katja. The household were super friendly (even driving us to the marketplace in the pouring rain! ), recommending where to eat etc. I don&'t think anyone else was staying there at the time so we were up-graded to a 2 bed apartment (only booked a double room) which was amazing and awesome value for money! Room was clean, brill cooking area facilities and very nice location - near to entrance 2 of the park.

The host family is quite warm and friendly and helpful, almost responded to all our requests (hot water, drive to the park entrance, etc. ). Room is small but well equipped and the setting is relaxed. The greatest location to the national park except the three hotels situated right there. There is certainly a wonderful restaurant (maybe the only one inside the village) nearby. It is closed to the bus station as well. Overall a nice stay. BTW. Strong but nice welcome drinks! :)

Villa Katja is situated really close (walking distance) to the 2nd entrance to Plitvice lakes park along with the marketplace place at Mukinje village. The apartment was nice along with the host helpful and friendly.

This was a simple, comfortable and clean place to stay, which is what my friend and I were looking for during our quick visit to the park. The price was extremely reasonably priced too! The employees were quite helpful and warm and friendly too.
